Could you be more specific on 'change the orientation'? Do you mean building a beam in a position other than horizontal or a beam which is rotating?

In the GEBT input, you can provide any number of /frame/s, which are direction cosines connecting b_i with a_i .

The format is, below the material properties block,

frame_id

C_11 C_12 C_13

C_21 C_22 C_23

C_31 C_32 C_33

Besides, you need to indicate which frame is used by each member, which is the 6th argument in each member data line.
