Aperiodic Boundary conditions in MSG(SwiftComp)

Dear Members and professors,

I am doubting how MSG handles boundary conditions in aperiodic structures, how it applies boundary conditions to calculate effectively modulus. Is there any inbuilt way or equations inside theory to do that?

I have used Ansys-SwiftComp GUI it automatically applied load and conditions to calculate but I am not clear how is it working.
