Abstract

This tool allows the user to input the values of the diameter of the fiber, and the length of space between the fibers.  The user is also given the choice of which type of array, Square or Hexagonal, that is to be used.  Using this information the Fiber Volume Fraction is calculated and displayed.  The user can then also navigate to a plot of the Volume Fraction as a function of the ratio of Diameter to Length.  The current user input will also be displayed on the plot.
