Is it possible to upload and start python script models in to texgen
Hi,
today we tried to use Texgen2SC in our class with the students. As we have not only woven structures, it comes the question, if we can upload into the workspace our own python script based texgen models in order to use these for the homogenisation
Best regards

Hi Yordan,
Thank you for using TexGen4SC. If texgen can load your python script and generate mesh correctly, then you can get the homogenized properties based on TexGen4SC. I just tested TexGen4SC by loading the 2dweave,py in texgen examples, and it works.
Thanks
Xin

Sorry for my late reply. The system didn't send notification to me. In the future, it is better to post your questions inside https://cdmhub.org/groups/yugroup/forum to get quicker answers. To upload your file, the simplest way is to map your hub storage to your local machine, please see the instruction here https://cdmhub.org/kb/tips/webdav . After you copy you file to your hub storage, you can load the file using TexGen4SC.
