Thank you for your interests in PreVABS. Unfortunately, for the current version, it is unable to create the bond adhesive like the one shown in your figure. I am currently working on the next version of PreVABS, with more capabilities added in. I would love to hear from you based on your engineering experience. Is this a common case? Could you list several other cases with the bond adhesive?
PreVABS was created for parameter generation of cross sections. If some cross sections are not easy to parameterized, then it becomes difficult. However, you can try our more general purpose preprocessor such as Abaqus, Ansys, Nastran, or Gmsh. You can use the CAD capability of these software to create the cross section and output VABS input files.

I have a question on constructing composite I-Beam in PreVABS.
