PreVABS missing dll?

   I am attempting to run PreVABS v1.0 through windows powershell, but I recieve a system error stating "libwinpthread-1.dll" is missing upon execution. The PreVABS install directory is on my user variable path and includes all items provided in "prevabs-1.0-binary-windows.x86_64.zip". My machine is 64-bit.

   I did not have this issue with v0.5. Any advice?
