Why does the shear module remain unchanged when I perform a macro-homogenization of the woven composite material on the TEXGEN platform and increase the number of layer of the SG?
Texgen4SC is a very good tool to compute the homogenised properties of the composite. But the cloud version is a bit difficult. I requested for trial version but still no response from swiftcomp. It is highly appreciable if you can provide comman line based execution for Texgen4SC.
What is the difference between this one and itself? Could we download it by free and use it? I downloaded it actually with its license but I don't know how can I use it? Should we link it with?
the difference is that TexGen4SC is TexGen+SwiftComp. Originally texgen only create the woven microstructure. SwiftComp can compute the effective properties of these materials.

A very interesting and fast tool for benchmarking your 3D FEA simulation. Would recommend it!
