recently i read this new article , i managed to repeat the same simulation , in the article they exported the voxel file(composite structure) and used it in abaqus , i want to ask how they managed to show us (figure 12-13-14) the fibre's responses and not the structure itself ?

In Abaqus, you can display by sets. In your question, they just display yarn sets in abaqus.
