For example, when applying failure criterion using tsai-hill properties using the command in the picture below, is the contour that appears the input strength/working stress?

This is the calculated strength ratio for each element of the cross-section. The strength ratio is used to measure how far away the current stress state is from the strength (similar to the margin of safety or safety factor). It indicates safety if grater than 1, failure if less than 1, and critical condition if equal to 1.
If you want to check the complete local 3D stress and strain fields, you can use the '-d' option in the command to replace '-fi'.
